Shonen kino died after AOT ended. It's all shoujo and isekai slop now. OP is all that's left.

Wild Strawberry had a good first chapter but was a dissapointment.

RUN Matsumoto had a strong start but quickly became shallow and boring

Drama Queen had a first interesting chapter, but has been total dogshit since

Hero Organization is interesting, but it's moving too slow and feels like it's about to become bland, maybe it would have been better suited as a novel.

Centuria is a collection of things I like, but isn't truly memorable on its own

That university film manga killed off one of the main characters for a reason i can't remember and then ended 5 or so chapters later

DanDaDan wasn't terribly interesting after the gnome people segment so I dropped it

Strikeout Pitch is interesting at times, but not consistently great

Ichi the witch is good lately, and I'm waiting for the conclusion to the current arc with bated breath

Lunatic Terrapop is pretty good on average, the main character's goal and personality is more clear than in the average work, not enough people read it though, so it'll probably get axed soon

Monochrome days is more charming than I expected it to be, I don't think you could argue that any chapter of it is great though

Girl meets rock is less entertaining than the average Spy X Family chapter but I still read it every week, for some reason

Insect girl felt like the mangaka should've spent another few months learning to draw and thinking about what he wanted the story to be. Despite this, I think it wrapped up pretty nicely, which is unusual for an axed series.

Choujin X is still great, even though releases are extremely slow, I'm glad Ishida is taking time to prepare a good ending, so we can avoid another AOT situation.

Didn't AOT irreversibly damage the entire brand after that iconic fall off?

I'm not sure what to think of OTR, aside from that it started off interesting and has turned into a Demon Slayer copy in only 3 or 4 chapters

MarriageXToxin has promised the beginning of the end (sort of) recently, to be honest I can't remember many of the heroines. I don't think I'd recommend this one to people.

My first impression of The Marshall King was that it was a webtoon, the first chapter was interesting, but in isekai fashion the second one has him going to an academy and apparently it's horseshit from there. The artist is Korean apparently (The Dr Stone guy).

If you're looking for a shounen, try Choujin X, Ichi the Witch or Strikeout Pitch

Wait but I read the 1st chapter and it came across as gooncore because all the males were powerless and only females had magic. Does that change?
