Do you guys ever go to conventions to meet voice actors from animes or buy anime related merch? I've been to several and it has always been an enjoyable time. Even cosplayed a little.

It's fun. I went to one in Chicago dressed as a character from Attack on Titan and got a lot of compliments, and this woman on the street stopped to flirt with me. Was very fun.

One I went to had a surprise Japanese guest and the line to meet them was 20 times as long as any other line. Also sometimes the English actors are just better, like in Attack on Titan. Japanese voices on an obviously Western Europe inspired aesthetic just look weird.
