Its been updating, I used to post the raws on Sundays. I just got busy with work and my credit card on file expired and I don't know how to update it. I can go and download all the free ones and dump later since I have sometime.

As for the translations, I have no idea. I know the group was called Dumpster Fire and the last translation was months ago. I'm not affiliated with them - I just posted raws to try to keep some hype because I like the series. I haven't looked to see if torrents exist, but I haven't been able to find back ups of Aramon on other sites yet. But I haven't looked terribly extensively.

There was never an era where people cruised IRC or torrents or a dozen uploader sites for new releases, the manga community has always been centralized for the most part. The centerpoint just shifts.
