If you can't differentiate between your customers and the people that they hate, and/or if you're too stupid to intuitively understand the nuances described above, you are the exact opposition of an expert in business, and you shouldn't be in charge of multi-million dollar decisions. And if you ARE the people they hate, you definitely shouldn't be in charge.
