A manga remake is an amazing idea and should happen more often with titles were you can pinpoint the exact moment the mangaka fucked up and should have its story remade.

It sounds like a good idea but I feel like Japan would also go over board like with Americans with DC comics. Fucking everything is a reboot, remake, sequel, prequel, all done by different writers and artist.
