Shallow af. I went it expecting a decent shounen, only to learn its another shallow ass battle shounen. Drop after episode 7. Uma Musume Season 2 Twin Turbo scene is more emotional than that overrated scene.

might be controversial but I really enjoyed the romance between the main characters
it felt natural and realistic and was extremely cute

It gets incredibly exhausting after a while. And it's formulaic as hell:
>Okarun and Momo argue/go through a rough patch/ get separated by some plot convenience
>A monster appears
>Okarun saves Momo/Momo saves Okarun/They both save someone or something
>They share an intimate moment
>Insert le phunni phaces inbetween
I only like the abundance of feet shots and the animation quality
