Touge Oni from OP needs to stay down at 5 chapters per year (every other issue in a monthly magazine with 2 break months) to stay at that level. Dungeon Meshi, also carried in Harta but not alternating months, averages closer to 1.6 volumes a year.

Weekly series get some 4 volume a year.
Monthly is typically 2 per year.
1 per year is normal for 4koma and bimonthly.
Though it depends on how long the chapters are, how thick the volumes get and how frequent breaks are.
