That's why I asked off the top of your head. Probably no one in this thread has any idea what the answers to those questions are, and to figure them out they'd have to not only look up previous threads but then spend a long time sifting through a bunch of jpgs of text. It's just not something anyone would reasonably do but with access to the data it's easy to create visualizations or whatever with a bit of D3.
