Rin-ne is Rumiko Takahashi's return to comedy after Inuyasha. Rin-ne is VIZ's localized title, presumably chosen to assist in pronunciation. The original title is 境界のRINNE (Kyokai/Kyoukai no Rinne) which means Rinne of the Boundary. While it is not a megahit like some of her other huge series, I highly recommend it to fans of Ranma 1/2 and Urusei Yatsura though it is obviously different.

Original title is 注目のイベント . イベント is ibento, so a loanword from the English "event". 注目 means attention, so this is one way of translating it. It can also be translated as "featured" or "of note", but this may make most sense in context.

I looked at the writing for the "transformation mirror scythe" and it seems accurate enough, though there's a lot of Furigana and Google Lens wasn't playing nice so I am not going to copy and paste it. It is still called a scythe despite everything in Japanese as well.

also the way turquoise was written ターコイズ(taakoizu) looked different than what i remembered so i looked it up again
the other way turquoise is written is トルコ石 (toruko ishi)
toruko is also the word for the country Turkey (apparently it's a loanword from portuguese, 'turco' means "turkish")

amethyst is just engrishu too アメジスト amejisuto, and amethyst-san looks like what you'd imagine a rock person to look like so maybe rumiko blanked out on making a specific reference with that one?
