Na Kang Lim is a harem webtoon, it has great girls, MC himself is pretty good, MC actually has to work to get his happy ending with all the girls without anyone gifting him stuff. It has good drama too, so it isn't basic shit without any bite either.
Maybe Meant to Be is a story of a FMC who is being pushed by her parents to get married already, then she runs into her childhood friend whose parents are doing the same to him, so they decide to marry each other just to get them off their backs, after which they fall in love with each other for real.
Both these series are really good IMO, good thing about both is that none of the characters ever feel like basic self inserts, they're all likable but with flaws too.
Na Kanglim is already over too, so it has that advantage.
Maybe Meant to Be is still ongoing with regular updates, which I think are weekly, it's not a harem but a direct love story between two people who are both fun, it's the female lead who's the main protagonist too.
Na Kanglim's writer actually has another ongoing webtoon which is about a bunch of couples instead of a harem, it's also pretty good if you want to give that a shot. It's called "We Are Not Dating!" Because it's gimmick is that all the couples basically behave like long time couples but they haven't confessed so they pretend that they aren't actually dating.
