A ray of hope is that Volume 18 is due for release mid August so maybe we’ll get 2 half chapters a month instead? Unfortunately Goraku’s messaging is terrible so we’ll have to wait and see!

Do you think any of our idol girls are losing? Juri and Luna have both taken their share of Ls so the obvious candidates are them. But also this being the first round maybe MaoMao jobs to increase the tension. The biggest twist would be to have Misora be the second last fighter to lose and result in mystery team mate having to save the crew.

Would be nice if we got a story arc where the girls had to do Chinese dirty work but the event organizer (guy with the hat who also was involved with the Valkyrie opera) said in the previous chapter there’s another battle after this event so I’m guessing this story is building to Misora and Friedman finally fighting
