Lads, I really like this kind of fantasy, even if its isekai, its comfy. I like the power levels are well defined and even teh worldbuilding. Anyone has any recomendation? I alrady read Danmachi, Dungeon Meshi, Berserk, Grimgard etc
I also like Futoku no Guil, even if the fanservice/soft porn, so if they have cool stuff/monsters, I'm in.

Pity it doesn't seem to be popular, its nothing extremely good, but better than the average isekai stuff.

In the end it wasn't a demon lord, but a Devil God.

But wont complain, the way it was presented, it wasn't bad, since it also includes a bit more of the lore of the world.

So gods can bless animals and grant them intelligence, and if they lose those blessings they turn back into mindless animals. And as they get more power they "evolve". But if they fall into depravity, they accumulate sins and if they get too much sins and get cursed they may turn into a evil god. And this is exactly what happened to the ni.. monkeys.

Not bad, way better than the average Demon Lord that exist just to be the evil and nothing else. I enjoyed a lot this anime a shame its already ending and no manga translation for it.

Human kingdom seems to be a feudal enterprise, so it's a not a unified state but rather a collection of small, autonomous fiefs who owe fealty in a hierarchical chain to a nominal king. Based on what we saw in the previous episode, even a count is able to live a decadent life collecting tribute without actually governing anything beyond his own demesne. The outlying baronies and such fend for themselves.

There's two possibilities here: the king sits at the top of this ponzi scheme, collecting all the tribute from his regional overlords like this count, or else the regional overlords hoard all their tribute and the king is impoverished and too weak to do anything. In either case the kingdom is not unified or able to act as a single entity.

This anime does strike me as "pro human" in as much as the MC is a human and fights mainly to protect other humans. It's just not black and white. The demihumans are enemies of humans, but they're not mindless monsters and have their reasons for going to war. At the end of the day though, they're still the enemies of humans, and old grudges don't just go away. We saw Kai struggling with seeing the Macaques as people last episode, instead of his blood enemies. The Macaques will owe him a debt after this which he'll likely use to extract a peace treaty for Lag village, if not the human kingdom in general.

This anime is severely under watched.
At least around here, won't call it necessarily under rated because that is subjective, but it does deserve more attention.
A bit sad, I do enjoy it a lot.

Since next week is the last episode, I am expecting a bunch of shitposting retards, like every other show that has ended this season.

Luv 12 kingdoms, what I disliked about the setting was, you only get 12 kingdoms/kings, so for rpg that's very limited, but in teogonia if you would make a campaign out of it, you only have to defeat a god-bearer to be considered an asset, but then even priests can get powerful with training, so it leaves open different kinds of ways, from magicians, warriors eating a godly amount of soul rocks etc
Also I like the way the sub humans are treated, not just caricatures but also not just opressed smol beans wich are tormented be mean humans.

I got into kind of late this season. I wish more shows would take after this. Its Isekai but like good and creative.

It has few good things, tight setting, cute girls, nice atmosphere, interesting worldbuilding and nice action, but doesn't seem to resonate for normies. As a fan of fantasy tough, I wish a lot more isekai were like that, you can have your shitty harem, but at least work a bit in the world...
