Zeno is Bulma's only threat, because even Frieza Negro can get BTFO'd by Beerus or Whis if she just created something to their liking, food or otherwise. Bulma manipulated Whis and Beerus very well to the point they don't really threaten her anymore. Zeno is harder to manipulate because of how protected/guarded he is, and how childish he is, she can't use her feminine wiles, or conventional means of manipulation like she can with everyone else, at least, she hasn't tried to anyways, mostly because there wouldn't be any enemies left if Bulma just pointed a finger and had everyone deleted.
