I would say that Lelouch was above Kira. He was practically doing magic, like when he predicted a full conversation with a sibling he didn't see for years.
Meanwhile Kira did some far-fetched things, but he wasn't really predicting the future most of the time.
Aizen seemed to be actually smart and equipped with a power to complement it.
