Leaks are out

-Tanuki tells Nagi 23 is the minimum amount of players for a national team in the U-20 World Cup. The maximum of players is 26
-Tanuki can make 3 players enter in the team in exchange of supporting Blue Lock
-He demands Nagi to join the selection for the "Buratutsa 3". Nagi would become his propierty and one of the demands is to play football to prove Ego was wrong so Tanuki can hijack Blue Lock
-Nagi refuses, he says he can't betray Blue Lock
-Tanuki is obviously angry
-Suddenly Sae calls Tanuki
-Sae is having one of the Buratutsa 3 spots without the need to join that selection
-Sae informs Tanuki that Japan is in the death group of the blue stage, with Nigeria, England and the big favorite to win the competition: France
-Sae reveals he won't join the team in the group stage because his only goal is to fight Spain and beat Bunny. If Japan can't advance from the group stage without him, then the story is meaningless
-Chapter ends

Honestly I want this to happen. Because do you really believe that this "screw my team! let's all be strikers!" narrative is gonna have a happy ending?

Kunigami was eliminated because Reo picked to fight Shidou like a retard, fucked off for an entire arc, then had to fight all the other eliminated players and basically accept becoming Noa 2.0 which deeply fucked him up. And all of this without making the entire manga about him.

He lost. Don't blame Reo
>fucked off for an entire arc, then had to fight all the other eliminated players and basically accept becoming Noa 2.0 which deeply fucked him up
Which was all offscreened. That's shit
>And all of this without making the entire manga about him.
It was like 3 chapters. And tbf Nagi has always been that way, kicked out or not. He's the author's pet.

Besides, Kunigami hadn't shown nearly as much potential as Nagi. Nagi was a fan favourite so this tracks with buta's interests

There were consequences for him flopping and went MIA for over a year. Nagi had an entire volume dedicated to him falling which included multiple people from the cast crying for him and then moar chapters.
>And tbf Nagi has always been that way, kicked out or not. He's the author's pet
Re-read the manga, not at all if anything you'll think either Rin, Isagi or even Sae are the author's pets. He basically had no relevance after the 2nd selection no idea if he's butthurt over EPNG being axed or what. Nagi should've returned as a rival way later.

I don't think people would be so mad if Kaneshiro hadn't sacrificed the end of NEL, spend so much time on his send off, being immediately revived and had actually depicted the survivors.

>Isagi
He's the MC

Main rival
>Sae
Strongest guy in Japan. And even then he was only relevant for a single arc

All of their attention is understandable compared to Nagi's

Those are Yukimiya, Hiori and Rin. And especially as much as i dislike him Ness. Nagi Kinda became invisible after he scored his goal and then had 1 chapter between matches.

That they revealed 2 important key elements with a very shitty execution and pacing plus Nagi's rushed comeback basically confirmed and it's being presented in a "Poor Nagi has no other choice (Except he does)" which makes it even worse. Also coming right after a pretty good chapter isn't helping.
