Is it normal to love slice of life as you get older? I used to watch drama and action shows as a teenager, but approaching a real adult age I'm finding nothing better than the comfy beauty in the mundanity of life

Why wouldn't it be? It's the most normal thing in the world. People grow up, realise the real world has enough drama and suffering and don't want to deal with the same shit in their entertainment as well.
