Pretty much. There's a lot of ways to translate "choroi" but it basically means they're easy to handle. It's just lacking the "angai" part which means they're "surprisingly" easy. (As a side note, I considered translating the title as "The Mikadono Sisters Are Surprisingly Easy" when I was starting out with the translations, but I figured that would give it too much of a sexual slant. Good thing I can just sidestep the issue by not translating the title at all.)
