So when people say anime hit the "mainstream" do they mostly mean DUBBED(most important part) popular titles only? Like DUBBED SNK. Or DUBBED Demon Slayer etc

Not many hard numbers about dubs vs. subs out there. For Crunchyroll, for instance:

Is one. So one could infer in all countries outside Japan, the majority prefer dubs. Whether that's 51%, 60%, 70%, or more who prefer dubs, we don't know. All we know is that the typical Crunchyroll viewer (and presumably this extends to all streaming platforms) prefers dubs or subs.
