Why are characters dunking on chestlets so fun?

From my research, big tits are essentially somewhat of a biological mistake, since from other mammals we can observe they, only have those kind of growth in pregnancy times,so humans got some strange genes or something and some of our Neolithic ancestors choose them.
However despite that humans took them as status symbols, many gods have that characteristic (like isthar from sumeria, which eventually evolves into aphodite through cross culture, or amaterasu from Japanese myth), so this characteristic got associated with divine mothership and divine feminity, alongside virginity as another important characteristic of woman, since we humans are from their body,(the females gods, we drank their milk, example, Hercules /Heraclies, and the Milky way myth, directly correlates with Hera's big chests) (simplifying a bit here) essentially cultivating big chests to a mythical status.
Then in modernity, the Japanese decided to create jokes and gags, under this context of their and worlds myths, since women with no chest are considered "lesser" in this context.
