I'm not gonna dump them, but I will summarize them here.
>39: mama wants to lose weight, the gals help her out, she throws a tantrum, she achieves her goal, and right at the end she accidentally sees the gals making out with Keita.
>40: Mama tells Lisa about it and resolves to ask Keita directly. Lisa is nervous, but Mama clearly doesn't suspect her. Mama tells Keita she won't interfere, but what are his feelings/intentions towards the gals? He can't respond, and she asks him to think about his feelings and get back to her. Keita has a little breakdown realizing that he's in love with all the gals. The gals all respond of course he is / they have a special relationship / he should hold his head high and tell Mama. He two resolves to do so.
Mama declaring directly that she won't interfere kills a lot of the tension, but his isn't a high tension series anyway. Keita not fully considering the nature of the relationship is a little surprising, but it makes sense. When we see his thoughts, he's often focused on his own circumstances and issues, and doesn't go much deeper than he simply likes being together with the gals.
So that's where we're at now.
Bonus: the big revelation chapter has Reina cleaning Keita's ears, which is a pretty strong statement on their relationship specifically. We've seen her do it before of course, but still.

Me too, I wish we got an adaptation of the Manga rather than more hentai chapters, I hope the author keeps working on it for as long as he loves doing so and then goes on to create more things like these (hopefully still Manga), not all Hentai creators can transition from H to M, sometimes you get a story that is all smoke and no turkey (Kuro Gal-san ga Kuru!) other times where it capitalizes on the artist's background but the story falls apart and it feels like the author is a shell of its former self, whereas neither the art nor the story carry that same charm (Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari).

It may not be good writing, but I think the intent in showing Keita being watched without his knowledge and acting in the way he ends up acting is that this is also part of his behavior. He acts a certain way around the girls, and that's most of how we see him. When we see him without the girls, which is rare, he consistently acts in the way we are shown.

The original doujinshi was not planning for the series to become what it is now. When the first doujin was published, the author had no plans for the characters to even switch to using given names. The switch to given names became a plot point years later in doujin 4 when Yukina does it.
I don't think the doujin's porn logic intro ruins the manga, though. The manga still runs on porn logic even though it isn't porn. Every reminder of Lisa being a part of the harem is a big "porn logic" neon sign for me. Nothing wrong with that, I don't need my romcoms to be serious or realistic.

The series kind of sends mixed signals. Keita "isn't manly" and that's a source of pain for him, but also him being a submissive boy slut is clearly appreciated by the gals (and him, he likes submitting to them). Ruri explicitly wants him to be more assertive and she gets her way to some degree, but she also still wants to be able to dom him and does so.
Its a little hard to tell where he's actually growing, when there's kind of a tension between "his less traditionally masculine qualities are his strengths" and "the slow progress he is making is being celebrated by both the gals and his mother."
I don't think he has to fundamentally change, at least not in this fictional universe where being kind and submissive has worked so well for him. But the story is telling us that he is changing, at least little by little.
I just can't see where he's gonna end up.

If I had to take a guess though, I think he stays mostly effeminate. That's what drew the girls to him, they like that about him, and it's shown to be more a positive than a hinderance. Even more than the theme of 'slowly improve yourself' I feel there's a message of 'You're perfect just the way you are'. Plus the girls have this subtle...not masculinity, but general assertiveness, even with each other. I can see them all becoming breadwinners in their respective fields while he becomes a househusband. Pretty sweet gig since one of them's already born into money.

I'd like it if the girls would teach each other sometimes.

But more seriously, Lisa gropes Yukina sexually in chapter 20. Later on in the same chapter, there's a bit of back and forth about Yukina being tsundere for Lisa. Even Reina and Ruri join in on it. It's still being played as a joke, but maybe there's hope.

Lisa is a genius addition because the dynamic is so different.
