Unironically the hanazonos. One is one of the first gfs, her mom bought the school she attends and bankrolls the harem and is also a gf, two of their maids (so far) are also gfs.

Hard disagree. While they're both charming, there's just not enough in the dynamic between just the three of them to keep a story going for long. They already settled most of their issues pretty easily by the end of Chapter 2, and dragging that resolution out would be dull and take away from what makes the dynamic fun. Their rivalry(?) also shines less when you don't have those moments where they come to the help of the other haremettes.

My vote for the girl who could hard-carry a romcom as a protagonist on her own for a reasonable length of time is Mamazono (even with her eventual flanderization). Maybe Nano and Shizuka, too.
