>>280113247 I think it speaks more about Sukuna that it took fighting every character to wear him down, and he still won because they can't destroy him

>>280114366 I think the fight was meant to give both sides what they wanted. Sukuna appeals to people with "win no matter what" type of personalities, and Gojo appeals to prideful people. Gojo lost because he thought he was winning at the moment and was caught off guard by the sudden BV WCS and died with a smile and then reconciled with Geto. Basically both sides won.
>>280114521 Or it's the opposite where the strongest in history needed help from Mahoraga and Agito to win, while Gojo lost off-screen when dominating the fight. Can't say many were happy with that pity win given to Sukuna.
>>280114599 I still think Gojo is the strongest, though Sukuna is the better sorcerer. He just won no matter the method. I doubt most Sukuna fans would be mad about Mahoraga and Agito's inclusion and even say that Utahime boosted Gojo or something like that lol >Gojo lost off-screen when dominating the fight. I think that's because Gege didn't want to depict Gojo in a compromising situation
>>280114704 why not just say Gojo could not tank his own hollow purple. That way he would have gone out with his own move while almost beating Sukuna. I guess gege wanted that comedic effect and to watch his wife, who was a Gojo fangirl, die inside
>>280115546 I'm surprised too but yes he has one. How could anyone love this gay cat?

>>280111786 >>280113160 >Meanwhile, in reality It was the best selling manga for the fifth year in a row. It sold so much that it was the best seller even into the first quarter of this year with zero chapters dropped. God, that has got to suck for you popularity obsessed normies.
>>280114366 >zero downsides. It permanently nerfed him. >>280114599 >needed help from *used a summoning technique and he protected Mahoraga the whole fight.
>>280116015 Mahoraga protected him and saved his life twice. He had no answer to infinity. None. Fraudkuna could never beat him without abusing Megumis 10 shadows. Some strongest L M A O
>>280116057 But Sukuna being a tank made sense while Gojo always relied on infinity. It would make more sense than magic cleave that conveniently cuts everything
>>280116088 That's only really saying Gojo's hax are the most cheat unfair. Anyway, in the manga, the answer to Infinity is Domain Expansion. Sukuna with four arms and without purposely taking on UV so Mahoraga can adapt would have had a much higher chance of outright winning the DE battles instead of just winning the majority of the clashes.
>>280116323 He would've won earlier with domain expansions instead. The larger story is just showing that the fight is really close. It could have gone either way for both of them.
I wanted more Uro. Sky Manipulation is basically just Infinity with extra steps.

>>280116290 Both are hax that's why it's fun to debate them. Sukuna landed 1 kick on Gojo. Gojo beat him senseless. If you think Sukuna having 2 extra hands would change much you're delusional
>>280116450 Sukuna landed a lot more then that and the entire basis of Infinity is that Gojo can't be hit so...
As for the extra arms, I'm talking about Sukuna not using domain amplification, which is required to bypass Infinity. He chose not to do that so that he could train Mahoraga. And yes, if Sukuna had two arms and constantly had DA up, it would be very different in CQC. You're delusional to think otherwise. I agree it is fun to talk about it but we should actually talk about what is in the manga

>>280111751 (OP) I consider myself a professional hater. I often search for matters of entertainment and politics with no prior knowledge on the issue at hand simply to announce my blind and bitter vitriol towards the parties involved. I enjoy the simple act of hating on things people are fond of. There is no limit to how petty I will act towards matters larger than my understanding or so small they are beneath my concern. It has become more than an ironic pastime and blossomed into a way of life, I like it, I am good at it. Despite this, after the end of JJK I feel like a small fish in a big pond. My 20+ years of blind and raw hate towards shit I don't care about is absolutely dwarfed by the hatred Gege Akutami feels towards a fictional character he himself made. Watching Gege kill off the character who caused his series to succeed offscreen and have one of his own students puppet his corpse for a laugh, baiting his fans into a false sense of hope that he may yet live, then dropping the body off as if it were nothing and not even mentioning him then after or referencing the event, the death of the pinnacle of the sorcery world was a truly humbling thing to watch. My decades of bitter angst were made to look like nothing next to this utterly self destructive display of pure loathing directed to ones own creation, to the people who loved and supported you and your work both spiritually and financially. It reminds me of that scene in Futurama where Bender kicks his own son into the pits of hell in exchange for an army. But Gege was offered no such temptation, he did this of his own volition, of his own will, and quite frankly I doubt I'll ever measure up to that level of pettiness. He is the demiurge himself and I will never escape his shadow.

I think the fact that Gojo dying still gets people like OP huming makes it a success. Sukuna was the monster heel and just went over the top babyface in the company to get MEGA heat. It was top notch booking.
