Why were there three giants instead of two here? Is it possible that the giant baby grew up so fast?

I know the giant baby had hair but if you pay attention the robot equipment is covering the area where the giant baby's hair was on the third giant.
The robot equipment covering that area may even be on purpose so that people don't notice it yet, if that's the case.

Honestly, using OPM threat levels as a benchmark, giants are easily demon level in base form, and may even be above that.

The impact of the punch from a small giant in base form was enough to cause an explosion the size of a building.

The humans of the alien world seem to have more advanced technology, but the humans of the robot world are also on their last legs so IDK what their capabilities were at their peak.

At the very least, their soldiers are not normal soldiers. It was written in the character sheets that Keila has artificial muscles that allow her to break the jaws of monsters, so the soldiers in her world probably all have artificial muscles and they also wear power armor and they use laser weapons and can also fire anti-armor shots that are much more powerful than those in our world.

If you actually do the math, one space laser artillery satellite can vaporize hundreds of demons in 10 seconds and more than a thousand in a minute.
