That list is going off the bayesian estimate so it would be 7.9 and ranked #475. Also consider ANN has lots of movies and OVAs with hardly any viewers listed and high ratings so it's not that great. One Piece is outranked by two of its own other listings. One of the detective conan movies only has 18 user ratings. Same with one of the natsume's book of friends movies, fewer than 20 ratings. Space Battleship Yamato as well.
