does anybody know what scene I'm thinking about here? It's from a retro, sci-fi (I think) anime. A character with long hair enters this 'royal court' and starts to talk about how war requires the exclusion of the weak, and basically the necessity of eugenics, before outright and unsubtly saying 'just like the great ruler, adolf hitler'.
then as he's leaving, the guy he's talking to says all serious 'what he forgets, is that hitler lost in the end...' a funny scene a friend showed me ("wow, such subtle writing") now I'm wondering if anyone remembers where its from, and if its worth watching. I'd appreciate if anyone knew :)
