IIRC in Corpse Princess, one of the villains operated an abortion clinic to make zombies out of the dead fetuses or something. They made a big deal about how morally conflicted the girls who went to clinic felt.

Also, one episode of Boogiepop Phantom had a character who could see peoples' regretful memories manifest as spiders on their chests, which he could remove by plucking the spiders off and eating them. He mainly used his power on women since he could freely grope them in the process. One such woman he used his power on was the school nurse whose regretful memory is revealed to have been getting an abortion.
