After the first arc the author just starts copy pasting things, down to things like Hyoga always fighting someone related to his past while Shiryu always loses his armor and eyesight for example. Fights are just characters using their signature moves, which are mostly just extending their arms while they have their constellation in the background while the enemy is thrown around and hits their head on the floor. Plot is as simplistic as the fights. Suffers heavily from sameface and shitty art outside of technique backgrounds, animals and armor designs. That sums up the bad parts. Now the good parts: the anime has an amazing soundtrack and cool hotblooded screaming, lots of blood and violence in general, cool aesthetics, cool setting with a bunch of saints fighting for a Greek goddess in a mythical war against a corrupt pope, cool highly detailed armor designs and diagrams in the manga, and a lot of cultural importance having inspired many authors.
