Like this two anons said in order to write a proper yandere you need proper writing
which is why most writers resort to not make them as its cheaper to write other tropes
A yandere is not simply a creep girl that laughs although thats a common characteristic of them
A yandere is generally a tragic character that has suffered a lot and reaches a breaking point which is when they act violently

When writing a yandere you are not supposed to start with an already violent crazed pycho but ur better off by making first a character and then write their transformation into yandere
This is why characters like Kotonoha or Shion are so beloved while Yuno Gasai is generally just appreciated for her style rather than her writing too
