Not true at all. It's still produced, directed, scripted, and story boarded all by Trigger. They literally just have some creative control to make sure that Trigger doesn't go too off the rails. This is not at all comparable to like Family Guy using Korean sweatshop labor or whatever.

They did a pretty good job with what they had, but there's a lot of slideshow moments and once you notice them, it's hard to not see them everywhere. The story is what really helped smooth over the low quality animation in between the higher production scenes. If it wasn't as good as it was people would be a lot more focused on the animation quality. I'm hoping they have a lot more room to show off the sakuga moments studio trigger is capable of.

What are your predictions for what this seasons conflict will be?
My prediction is that it'll be another story of someone trying to leave their mark on night, getting caught in a massive web of violence and corporate secrets they have no place in, this time from the perspective of a media class/Amateur reporter character, as opposed to another edgerunner like david.
