Sukuna has a better record, the 2 NC were fights I think Sukuna was winning before the interrupt. Also Sukuna's wins are better names, Yorozu, Maharaga, Kashimo and Ryu are all better than wins like Bayer, Clone paper bag guy or Miguel.
Gojo's best wins are Jogo (sukuna also beat him), 1 finger Sukuna. (Sukuna won the rematch) and Toji (good win)

No, he just wanted to adapt to Infinity so he'd have an answer to future limitless six eyes users that he fought. Sukuna can actually kill Gojo without 10 shadows.
Gojo is slightly better in hand to hand combat if Sukuna has 2 arms, but in Sukuna's true form he has 4 arms.
Infinity can be ignored with Domain Amplification.
Sukuna's Domain Expansion is actually faster. Gojo was only 0.1 second faster because he hit Sukuna with a purple before the fight started. Sukuna used RCT to heal it. And as we know, RCT cuts down on cursed energy efficiency. So in peak conditions, Sukuna would've been 0.1 second faster in their domain clash.

Gojo beat Toji, but he failed to protect Riko. That's a loss.
He beat Jogo, but let Jogo get away.
He beat Hanami and Juzo, but Hanami got away and Mahito got the fingers.
He killed Hanami and beat the other disaster curses, but still got sealed.
If you consider a "win" to be achieving his goal while preventing the villains from achieving their goals, his W-L record looks a lot more bleak.

It's more like Sukuna was playing it safe because he didn't really know if he could beat Gojo.
In retrospect, given the evidence we've seen (Meguna's domain was roughly equal to Gojo's) Heian Sukuna could have just thrown out gang signs and punched Gojo during their domain clash and won.
But Sukuna didn't know Gojo's full power and didn't hinge his bets on that domain clash strategy, which would leave him fucked if it didn't work. He opted for a strategy that he knew would let him get past infinity.

All he did in his fight with sukuna was spamming blue and red knowing his opponent wouldnt be able to do anything to him, and his approach to literally any opponent whatsoever is just that.
His pre-awakening self would arguably still be top1 in the verse simply due to the fact that infinity bails you out of any situation.
Sukuna, meanwhile, had to minmax his CE to the limit in order to become as strong as he was, and he carefully planned around Mahoraga's adaptation from the start in order to surpass the CT disadvantage he had.
Sukuna definetely deserved his win and played his cards almost perfectly during the whole fight.
