Are there any boomers on /a/ who read the eclipse as it released? They'd probably have to be japanese since berserk didn't have much of a western audience until the 1997 anime.

>>280383434 (OP)And that chapter released like in the early 90s? Were there even any popular anime forums back then?
>>280384255Itvwas like 1996 so i guess there could've been a few usenet discussions at the ti.e
>>280384360Well I doubt such a person uses modern /a/
>>280383434 (OP)>Cockserkeras in sock sucker thoughts?
>>280383434 (OP)I don't think Berserk had any actual fanbase outside of japan and maybe neighboring countries until after the golden age arc was already over so the chances of finding someone who read the eclipse on release are quite low here.

Read it in elementary school when i was 14 in 2001, back then i bought manga and anime on cd-s from 20 year old weebs on the local anime meet at burger king. Daaamn those were the times. Nothing ever topped Berserk since then.
