I wouldn't go that far; the core concept is very much salvageable. A decent redraft + no CGI art would do wonders for Gantz.
For me, the worst manga would definitely be some form of isekai. The whole genre tends to be extremely derivative, and reeks of wish fulfilment and power fantasies.
