Ingaki didn't give the finasl stretch the respect it deserves lets be real. I'll watch it to the end, but the plot is well past it's peak and is pretty much just downhill from here. I say this as someone who read weekly and stil consider the earlier arcs to be some of my favourite SJ storytelling out of the last 10 years.

I just found the premise really fascinating and the characters pretty charming and funny. Plus Senku is a perfect example of a character who acts like a smug, seedy prick on the surface but is genuinely one of the most considerate and sentimental people around. Evident as early as episode 2 when Tsukasa points out that he could have just hidden Yuzuriha's statue and left with Taiju but he rezzed her for his sake.
