It's completely abnormal for a society to develop its infants in this way and still want to continue coexisting. no it's not. The actual atrocities in times of war have nothing to do with the survival of a nation. Most wars don't even have anything to do with the survival of a nation, just one nation wanting benefits of another nations that doesn't want to give those benefits away for free, or for retarded social reasons like religion.
Third, most people are not bullies. Most are just weak willed humans that are willing to overlook bullies because they don't want to become victims themselves.

I recently played a CS2 match and a guy was saying rape threats to women.
