Why hasn't there ever been a Sailor Moon space opera? Seems like kind of an obvious thing to do given the, y'know, space theme.

I'm really enjoying SMR's second arc. I liked the first arc as well (although I feel it ended a little too abruptly), but this new one feels like it has more narrative weight to it. The episode when Mamoru broke up with Usagi is probably my favorite in the whole series so far. I can't believe I'm this invested in their relationship, but it makes sense considering that the show does such a fantastic job at endearing you to these characters. Also, despite having learned that Chibiusa is Usagi's daughter through osmosis, it wasn't until I watched the episode that I learned that her name is short for Chibi Usagi. I don't mind the character so far.

Also, I found another one of those differences between a scene shown in the NEP and the episode itself. The pinkish background is missing in the preview, but the color is still applied to the characters, which explains the pinkish tint on their bodies.
