That was already definately going to happen given that A got the title of "Fastest" because Minato died and being real every feat we have shows that it was not anywhere close.

You have Obito who was at least closer to Minato than A was before his power up, so logically everyone had to be able to keep up to some extent.

It's not helped by the fact that despite being super fast they never scaled the characters to do less damage per hit, so instead of The Flash everyone was just Superman

one piece is the biggest culprit of this shit btw, so many characters are fast for no reason compared to those who have abilities dedicated to increasing their speed

Naruto's gimmick was never that he was fast. Sasuke was in fact faster than him for most of the story.

It's the Raikage's gimmick and he got powercrept by other characters during the war arc.

Sharingan doesn't help with speed, retard. It helps predict the movements so you have more time to adjust your position even if you're slower.
