Besides the borderline Mary sue mc, plank of wood ML, the zero romantic chemistry they share, the piss poor action parts, how hard it handwaved most of the logistics behind its setting, the retarded asspulls and out of nowhere Disney ending? Not at all.
I guess you can like it if you've never, EVER read something even remotely similar, but chink novels have plenty of mutant attacks with humanity locked up in fortresses novels and little mushroom is an extremely poor attempt at it, the actual gay romance being the worst part of the novel because of the downright terrible development.
There's legitimately one good part in it and that's the mass execution.
