But you're gonna gosling hard so it's a tradeoff

For what it's worth you get over it eventually. I was in a relationship with one girl or another from high school until middle age and I definitely would have felt lonely if I had been single for more than a couple weeks at a time, especially because there were actually hot girls around.
Now that I'm old and established I value my independence and control over my environment and a quiet home much more. I even had a dream recently where a woman my age was very obviously hitting on me and I was so put off by it it woke me up.
