Also it may simply be a matter of the design philosophy for their triggers not including the same things that Border does. Black Triggers are supposed to be a war changing weapon. It's just Fujin that it's super weak.
Speiraskia has decent attack power and it can move allies and enemies super fast.
Alektor is a fucking cheat. Most trion weapon and defenses are useless against it and it has a healing function too.
The only hard counter is the lead bullet which is a hard to master trigger due to its speed and range as long as you are not Chika, but she is practically a Black Trigger.
The major weakness of Black Triggers are that they can't be wielded by everyone and finding compatible users who can also properly use them is hard, Fujin being the exception again.

I'd still rate Organon and Borboros above Alektor and Speiraskia in general. The latter are crazy broken and nothing else can do what they do. But they're also more niche as a consequence.
Alektor only being bale to interact with trion is a huge Achilles' heel. You could encase Hyrein inside an escudo box and he'd be completely powerless. And its range is too short to even allow it to dominate against all trion weapons. It's also got no extra utility like mobility or anything.
Speiraskia's problem is efficiency. Every attack and defense has to be done with those expensive gates. Its user can only really fight as a last resort or they'll burn through their trion and be unavailable for the one thing that makes it so good.
Organon doesn't have a lot of utility. But it's got solid and efficient defense while being peerless on offense. You can definitely imagine Viza soloing entire armies of normal trigger users. Borboros lacks that raw power, but makes up for it with extreme versatility and hax. Enedora could have gone around assassinating almost every agent if he'd had more self control.
They are the black trigger equivalents of kogetsu and scorpion.

Wormhole trigger had a bad user, she has the lowest trion out of all Afto BT users. Mira isn't competent enough to be a single threat, meanwhile the best use for this trigger is to kidnap priority targets away from their teams and then imprison or execute them from preset fire positions, in fact Osamu was done for if she was any better. Organon isn't a simple trigger, a retard will spin it around and just die to ranged fire. The synergy between Afto's legendary swordsman chad thundercock Viza and Organon is just too high. On that note Viza's trion is stupid, even if Organon gives massive buffs he might be Chika's levels.
Alektor is a gimmick trigger and is very hard to use after its abilities are revealed. Even as is Hyrein neded a lot of tricks to avoid getting insta fucked. Like lizards crawling around, bees under his cape and jellyfish traps.
Borboros > Wormhole > Organon > Alektor

It is the most powerful utility trigger by many miles. But it does still have limitations. Her range is limited without a beacon, so she can't just plop people wherever she wants without doing some work dispersing those beacons first, which either has to happen during battle or risk tipping off the defenders. And then there's the cost. If you were using it to warp around a sizeable force, it wouldn't last long even if it wasn't being used to fight. If you are invading with an army, it's certainly the best trigger to have. But it also requires that army to be truly effective.
I could see Viza winning entire battles single handedly. And a better Borboros user could potentially topple whole nations and not even risk creating defensive black triggers if used intelligently.
