When L died my gf rage quit the series she always had a foot fetish and was rooting for him the whole time even called him cute. Which was wild to me as she normally hates anime.

Honestly watching that scene made me have to hold back tears bro was a little shit but up until that point half the cast was made of of little shits. Like the customary way for stands users to meet is conflict almost likes its an exchange they have to go through. But during bros second ever battle he had to fight an S tier that he 100% would have ripped apart if he was a bit older or blood thirsty. the only sad thing about shitgechi's death was that he was the only pos to die, half the villains should've been killed especially yukako and tamami but araki went full retard and forgave almost everyone

If you had no knowledge of dragon ball you wouldn't know it but its kinda hard to tell if his death was meant to be a little funny or not. Bro was getting abused by the writer for literally years. His last serious fight He got kicked in the balls in front of the entire tournament by by some assuming old man nerd dropped and humiliated after bragging about how he went through a training arc in the mountains.

Before that Tien humiliated him and broke his leg again at the world tourney in front of all his friends and love interest. Now he is the only one to actually die to a little green creature being outlasted by someone who's only move was a suicide attack

Apart from Hayato he was the youngest amongst the cast so it makes sense as to why he was a little immature and him being a momma's boy probably didn't help that but it was cute how he vowed to protect them till the end and when died he used the last of his strength to give josuke and co a clue to stop kira and save the town thus also saving his parents showing that despite it all he had trust in his friends and a sense of justice. His Avdol and Iggy's death probably hit the hardest for me in the series.
