Does disappoint me that we're in an age where it's the easiest it's ever been to watching any series you could possibly want but younger watchers really don't want to try different series and broaden their tastes at all.
But maybe not all hope is lost. There a teen in one of my hobby groups that actually read Air Gear, something I never expected to hear from anyone under 25.

It was the series the pole valued OG! from a no name hentai/ero artist to a published name, it established his career, it was seinin and was a more mature series, also you could see his writing/drawing develop real time in the series, and was the series he spent the most time/effort on.

AG isn't bad but is the art any different than say OG!'s monogatari adaptation (Bakemonogatari) work?
