This version is much worse than the original. The main character went from being a normal person who could function like a human being to an awkward, stuttering loser who can't speak coherently and has the emotional maturity of a tree. I guess they have to change it so that people with mental disabilities can relate to the premise.

What a shame because I like the original a lit.
