I made this thread because I realized I miss Idoly pride and Budokan (yeah these are far from being the most iconic anime in the genre) but they are the ones i enjoyed the most, and they hold nostalgic value for me, something about that time when i watched them, but not like i have seen many at all

The shiny colors and million live anime aren't bad but I feel like the last time they really tried was sideM (even if it was much shorter than any of the other anime). Episode of Jupiter made a nice sendoff to the 2011 anime

Explain, anon. Project Tokyo Dolls had a big cast in the case of popularity but Lapis Re:Lights had like 5 All-star VAs crammed into one unit compared to 20 VAs that are either unknown or had some sort of knowledge of Idol business.

It's not really the typical Idol and Mahou Shoujo elements mashup (Like Kimi to Idol Pretty Cure) but it's more like Idol x Magical School where girls do magic, but they do Idol activities as well. They do fight against monsters in the game, however.
