Demon Slayer is just a typical shounen manga that's a dime a dozen. If not that, then another bog standard shounen would be exalted in its place. It doesn't have the kind of auteur quality that 90s Evangelion or Ghost in the Shell had which Miyazaki begrudgingly respected, so of course Miyazaki doesn't care the slightest bit about Demon Slayer. Or really any shounen manga at all.
