It was amusing to see the Nicolive score rise as the plot took a detour to dump Tsubakino's back story only to go right back down when it was time for him to do any fighting

The second season still has great fights, it's just people aren't willing to sit through faggotry and melodrama to get to them. It's 80/20 in the wrong direction.
