Would Naruto improve significantly if Naruto was a woman?

Would Jiraiya teach her how to use fire style instead of just Summoning and Rasengan?

Would Talk no Jutsu still work against her enemies or would men ignore her because she's a woman?

It would improve if he was a boy at the beginning of the story and then through gender bender a girl for most of the rest of the story.

Yeah what if Naruko was the main character and she fought basically naked like an old OVA and she got raped a few times every other fight
