DBZ and Naruto are the only good long-running shounen. The rest are incredibly superficial and just battle of the week. This appears ironic, but if you REALLY watch them, DBZ's characters have more depth than the superficial personalities which go nowhere that Bleach tries to create.

Jesus Christ both of those labels are wrong. Anime goes back like 70 years and Modern Shonen started somewhere between Hokuto No Ken and Naruto. It certainly didn't start at Bleach. And yeah OP is obviously bait.
