senku is the highest damage thing in border HQ. He took perfect range gunner shots without even twitching. Nasu has low trion, bullets work against shields but only if the trion discrepancy is high enough. If she fills his body with bullets to sure hit his core, each bullet will not have enough power behind it as you can only do so much with her level of trion, she can't have big bullets if she has too many of them.

This is the reason why I am saying Nino or Izum & gimlet and not a viper. you need a lot of high quality damage bullets and that demands high trion.

it might seem that way but its not, 2 trion asteroid will still tear holes in any trion body it hits, his main problem is that he can't break shields, so while he poses a threat its pretty minimal as long as the enemy puts up a shield. Worse yet Osamu is rather simple when he uses his suwas so a competent combatant could easily avoid them.
The main thing however is emotional damage, if enemy decides to not shield those pathetic tiny, predictable suwas but somehow fails a dodge... it will take damage or worse yet die to a 2 trion asteroid. You see Osamu might look like a nice guy, but he really isn't, he has a habit of making his suwas into scary fast ticklers that don't do much damage but will nearly instantly find their way towards any defenseless anus in his range. Because of this tendency they actually have to shield his pathetic 2 trion bullets almost every damn time.

I think full blown team rank wars may use your real trion, since they properly bail out back to their regular clothes and everything. But solo rank wars seems to be a simulation so they go again and again without destroying the trion body. The training rooms depend. The one Reiji had set up for Chika's sniper training when she first joined used her real trion. But the one Konami and Yuma fought in was a simulation.
As for Osamu, no, I don't think he's really exercising his trion gland much. Which he should. He should be in his trion body all day every day and tap himself out with some asteroids before bed (it wouldn't take long lol).
