That is really weird, he looks like an obvious male to me and he has a prominent adam's apple and comically broad shoulders.

I kind of feel you people seriously forgot what male and female faces look like and just go by hair length at this point. These are fairly exaggerated sex characteristics with how broad the shoulders are and how big the nose and mouth is and all that.

You can't make out the width easily of the shoulders from the first picture but they're still super big and firm. I have no idea how you could look at that picture and think it could be a girl and I think of think you'd think it of all the others too if they just had long hair
