I have an actual okonomiyaki place like 1.5 hours from me. Been thinking of going to get it to try some somewhat authentic or at least professionally cooked okonomiyaki. I'm in the US though so I don't how authentic it would be.

The mangaka is actually the writer for the series that just aired called Food for the Soul I just saw. And that manga's still going supposedly. I wonder if it will last longer than what the anime did or if it's planned to be something more substantial. That's weird if you don't know about it though since the Japanese title contains Meshi Umashi.
